1. Payment by advertisers: May be made by invoice, credit or debit card. Payment terms for invoice are 30 days from invoice date.
   
   Late payments: We reserve the right of charging 4% over the bank of England base rate for late payment.
2. Privacy policy: Your banking, credit and debit details are kept in hard copy only.
   
   Your details will only be used for normal contact and accountancy processors. We cannot say that will never be issued to anyone else as VAT inspectors and other governmnent officials are duly authorised to inspect them on demand.
   
   We only use a reputable web host and use a secure server providing encryption for data in transit.
   
   We will only send you solicited post, e-mail and faxes. No junk mail or spam.
3. Limit of liability: Advertisers; In the event of non-publication, the maximum amount of our liability is re-imburshment of the order amount taken.
4. Force majeure: Neither party hereto shall be liable for any breach of its obligations hereunder resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires, strike (of its own or other employees), insurrection or riots, enbargoes, container shortages, wrecks or delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies and raw materials requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority (an event of force majeure).
